Subject: Technical Issues & Support Request - PromptDC Developer Lifetime

Hello,

I have a PromptDC Developer Lifetime subscription that has been active since January 17th. Initially, everything worked perfectly with WindSurf on both my work and home PCs.

However, the service stopped working a few days ago on both machines. I am encountering the following issues:

  1. In WindSurf: Every time I use the shortcut Ctrl+Alt+E, I get a "No text found" error message. I have verified that there is indeed text in my clipboard (I can paste it into Notepad without any issue).

  2. Chrome Extension: The extension is asking me to enter my OpenAI API key to access the service, even though my key is already correctly saved in my PromptDC account settings. I tried generating a new OpenAI API Key, but this did not solve the issue.

Consequently, I am currently unable to use PromptDC at all.

Furthermore, the Lifetime subscription states a support response time of under 8 hours. I emailed you two days ago regarding this issue and have not received a reply yet.
